Package Usage and Lesson Rules
- Purchased lesson packages are valid for 1 month (12-session packages) and 2 months (20+2 session packages).
- Lessons not used within the validity period are considered completed and are non-refundable/non-transferable. Exceptions may be reviewed only for force majeure cases (health issues, officially documented situations, etc.).
- For scheduled lessons, cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before class time. Cancellations made later are counted as completed lessons.

Oran Membership and Training Flow
How are CrossFit classes structured?
All classes are coach-led and run through the daily WOD with level-based scaling.
How does Open Gym booking work?
Open Gym is reservation-based via mobile app. During class hours, members train in the Open Gym section; outside class hours, the full facility is available.
Is gym access included in PT packages?
Yes. Gym access is included in PT packages, with package duration and cancellation rules shown in package details.
